Information we use
If you create an account, we store your name, email address, password hash or sign-in provider details, and account preferences. Sessions contain sign-in times, IP addresses and browser information. We use this information to provide your account, secure access and prevent abuse. Account processing is necessary to provide the service you request; security processing serves our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
We send account verification, password recovery and security messages. Delivery records contain the recipient, template, status and time; message bodies and recovery links are not stored in these records. Optional account messages can be turned off in your account or through their unsubscribe link. Creating an account does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Cookies and optional tools
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Your chosen theme and cookie preferences are stored in your browser. Optional analytics and feedback integrations run only with your consent. You can withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer. We do not enable advertising personalization or session replay.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Convex stores account data in its Europe (Ireland) region. Resend processes transactional email when email delivery is enabled. Google processes sign-in if you choose Google sign-in. Optional analytics and feedback providers are listed here before activation. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data protection arrangements.
Retention and your choices
Account data remains until you delete your account. You can download your account data and delete your account from the account page. Operational logs and backups expire according to the provider retention settings. We may retain information where required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute. Contact us to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or to object to processing. You can complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
